Asphalt Crack Repair

Is your asphalt looking dull, cracked, or old? You’ve come to the right place! We use 100% oil-based sealant. Some may know it as a petroleum-based sealant, however, we refer to it as an oil-based sealant. With years of research, this form of asphalt sealant has proven its name with an outstanding lifespan, which lasts longer than its competitors known as water or acrylic-based sealant. With only a twenty-four-hour drying time, we ensure it will not inconvenience your household for long. With the average sealant coat lasting three to five years, it will outperform any of its ‘off the shelf’ competitors by years!

Is newer asphalt beginning to crack? Or is your aged asphalt finally starting to crack? Can we fix that? Don’t use interlock sand, or a cold patch to fix that. Do it the right way! Starting at fifty cents a foot, fill them with a boiling application guaranteed to seep well past the surface. This rubber application will contract and expand with the asphalt. Sewing up any gap in your asphalt.

  • Yes, this service is included. We dust, broom, and blow off the surface, and tape any interlock, parging, or cement around the area to ensure that no overspray ruins the aesthetic of the project.
